Breakfastat Phi Hotels

The selection of high-quality raw materials and local products allows us to surprise you every day with our hot and cold offerings: fresh and dry pastries, eggs, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh fruits and seasonal vegetables, yogurt, cereals, jams and preserves, accompanied by cold and hot drinks, coffee, juices, and fresh-squeezed juices. Our buffet also features typical products such as Taleggio, Quartirolo, Nobile di Endine and walnut Formagella from the Bergamo valleys, Bresaola from Valtellina, and traditional local recipes. We also offer plant-based and "free from" products for those with intolerances or specific dietary requirements.

The jams on our buffet are special because they are purchased from the Cottolengo Monastery, which produces them for Phi Hotels. The initiative called "Il buono che fa bene" (The good that does good) reflects our attention to the well-being of our guests, as the jams contain only seasonal fruit, picked at the right point of ripeness, untreated, and with low calorie content, while also contributing to the common good, as Phi Hotels supports the Cottolengo Monastery by purchasing these jams.

To offer an environmentally and socially respectful breakfast service, we pay particular attention to avoiding packaging, reducing waste, and using local zero-kilometer products, involving producers and local businesses that also consider sustainability from which we purchase consciously and responsibly.

Light and quick or rich and hearty, our buffet breakfast is a special meal to be enjoyed slowly, first with the eyes and then with the palate.

The service is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. For guests who need to leave early, we offer an Early Breakfast service.
